Entrepreneurial at heart, Anna is a passionate and empathetic servant leader, whose ambition is to inspire others and create lasting change.

Anna Kenney has over 14 years of experience across apparel, accessories, footwear, and CPG for large global retailers. In the first five years of her career, she worked in merchandising for Victoria’s Secret Pink during the brand’s early years, where she helped grow the business and build the brand from the ground up. During that time, she developed white space opportunities from both product and strategy perspectives. Namely, she built the athleisure business from a single pant to an entire category, driving the fastest speed-to-market model. Subsequently, Anna managed CPG categories within Walgreens’ 8,000+ doors and revamped the go-to-market strategy, resulting in strong business outcomes. Most recently, Anna spent six years at Adidas, driving apparel and footwear at one of the brand’s strategic sporting goods retailers. She helped launch a new brand, improve in-store and digital marketing plans, and foster an environment of inclusion—all while driving record results. Anna is a graduate of FIT and Purdue University (Boiler Up!), has two incredible daughters, and is a board member for her local Girls on the Run council.
