Dave Seeley

Since early in his retail career as a merchant, Dave understands the benefits of working hands-on with users and balancing the promises of technology with the realities of running a business.

Dave Seeley has over 30 years of retail industry experience, implementing new business processes and systems to improve operations and drive results. Through his many executive roles in merchandising and IT, Dave has attained considerable knowledge about the many support functions in a retail organization, enabling a holistic perspective to help clients develop and grow their organizations and businesses. Dave has consulted with large corporations, start-ups, and small businesses. Throughout his deep project management experiences, he has led small teams to large enterprise-wide mergers. Dave’s leadership spans key functions, systems, and business process initiatives in planning, replenishment, allocation, product development, data warehousing, and analytics. With a keen interest in pursuing AI/ advanced analytics, he has amassed a technical skillset to accompany his process and systems background. A graduate of Miami University, Dave currently lives in Atlanta with his wife and son, where he enjoys biking, cooking Thai food, and woodworking.
