Marty brings 25 years of experience to Parker Avery, with notable executive-level positions in the retail industry in the areas of merchandising business process, planning, and change management. Marty focuses his deep expertise on leading complex programs that impact strategy and operations through strong change leadership in the areas of merchandise planning, allocation, replenishment, forecasting, size/pack optimization, pricing, assortment planning, organizational change, and process improvement. Marty is a highly engaging speaker, most recently focusing on centralized analytics. He is a graduate of Lambuth University and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (NC State University). Marty lives near Charlotte, North Carolina, where he enjoys dog training, gaming, and beer & wine tasting—although typically not all at the same time.
