Carrie’s trademark style is unique, innovative, and rooted in personalized connections—allowing teams to feel like they are individually seen, heard, and valued throughout the entire change management process.
Carrie has 25 years of experience working with organizations ranging from small private businesses to Fortune 500 companies. She has worked closely with retail executives and their teams to design and implement large scale strategic transformation, integrate new training platforms, and develop comprehensive sales and operational initiatives. Carrie tailors organizational change management tactics to align with a company’s personality and culture; this approach sparks inspiration to change and grow, while addressing each client’s specific business challenges. Much of Carrie’s work has included field and home office leadership roles. As examples, she authored the Market Intensification Playbook for Bath & Body Works and led the design and development of the Leadership Onboarding Program for LBrands. Carrie also drove the creation of many corporate training platforms, e-learning courses, store operations processes, and culture shaping initiatives for multibillion-dollar brands. Carrie holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from St. Cloud State University and is well-versed and/or certified in Prosci, ADKAR, Fisher, and Kotter organizational change management theories, as well as Senn Delaney Culture Shaping, MBTI, HBDI and Situational Leadership. After graduating from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition as a certified Health Coach, Carrie developed operational and learning platforms for several private healthcare clinics. Carrie lives in Scottsdale, Arizona where she can be found chasing the latest health and nutrition trends and assisting wellness seekers on their health journeys.
