ATLANTA, Georgia. April 21, 2021 The Parker Avery Group, a leading retail and consumer goods consulting firm, announces the promotions of Katherine Toll and Marty Anderson to Principals in the firm.

Katherine Toll (Kathi) started working with Parker Avery in 2012, developing training and communication strategies and plans for several of the firm’s Fortune 500 clients. Prior to joining Parker Avery, Kathi worked with a variety of high-end global cosmetic companies and retailers, including Estée Lauder, H20, Lancôme, Macy’s, and Saks Fifth Avenue, among others. Kathi is a graduate of Northwestern University’s Master of Science in Communication and a certified PROSCI Change Management Practitioner. As Principal, Kathi will lead Parker Avery team members in collaborating with the firm’s clients to successfully navigate changes inherent in their business transformations.

Marty Anderson joined The Parker Avery Group in 2016. Prior to joining the firm, he held executive-level titles in merchandising and change management at Belk, Inc. department stores, as well as other merchandising leadership roles at Express and JCPenney. In the Principal role, Marty will lead the business process transformation aspects of Parker Avery’s advanced analytics services and solutions, focusing on merchandise planning, assortment planning, forecasting, allocation, replenishment, size/pack optimization, and pricing.
