Dave navigates the often choppy waters of retail system implementations leveraging several decades of experience plus a solid sense of serenity — and humor.

Dave has over 35 years of experience in the retail industry, guiding retailers through solution implementations and process design. The first 15 years of his retail career were spent handling in-store operations management for a big box retailer, where he focused on inventory management, retail profit and loss reporting, store operations, employee development, customer service, and problem-solving. Dave’s experience also includes leading and participating in many large, complex supply chain process improvement initiatives and key system selection and implementation projects within retail and manufacturing disciplines for Fortune 1000 companies. Dave specializes in project management/PMO, business process improvement, system design, and solution implementation services. He has held the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, has an undergraduate degree in criminal justice from George Mason University, and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. Dave has also authored a number of white papers, blogs, and articles focused on product lifecycle management, supply chain, and retail system implementations. Dave and his family live on a lake in Georgia, where he enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, fantasy football, yard work, and reading.
