Kathi Toll

Kathi loves the challenge of learning and strengthening her skills — amplifying her ability to lead retailers through transformational changes.

With over 30 years of experience in product and service firms, Kathi Toll navigates intricate organizations and effectively collaborates with retailers and brands on designing and implementing transformational business initiatives. With notable positions in retail spanning sales, learning and development, and change management leadership, Kathi specializes in change management, education design and delivery, and communications. Her client list includes many of the world’s leading brands and retailers. She holds a B.Ph. in Communication Studies and an M.S in Communication and Leadership from Northwestern. Kathi also has certifications from the Prosci Change Management program and the Kellogg School of Management. She lives in Chicago, where she has served as co-chair of the Small Business Advocacy Council (SBAC) Women’s Leadership Group and on the board of directors of the Professional Women’s Club of Chicago. Outside of consulting and nurturing her insatiable appetite to learn, Kathi stays busy spoiling her puppy (Brioche), cycling, and wine tasting.
