John Lawing
Senior Manager
Getting different parts of a retail organization to harmonize on a new process design is often similar to coaching his young kids’ sports teams — and John succeeds on both fronts with a solid sense of calmness and a good dose of wit.
John brings nearly 20 years of consulting experience helping retailers achieve improved performance through business process design and system implementations. He is a skilled advisor and has been instrumental in driving results across many areas of the retail supply chain including: product lifecycle management (PLM), sourcing, logistics, and warehouse management. John has worked with a multitude of retailers spanning the apparel, department store, home improvement, specialty, and value segments. John graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Tech, and he is a member of a variety of honor societies. He and his family live in the greater Atlanta area, where he stays busy outside of Parker Avery coaching his kids’ sports, running, woodworking, playing board games, and building mammoth Lego sets, including the nearly 8,000 piece Millennium Falcon.
