Since childhood, Tricia has enjoyed designing, creating, and transforming using a variety of materials…she leverages these skills in developing pragmatic solutions that provide lasting results for clients and in goodwill efforts.

Tricia has over 25 years of design, marketing, operational, and consulting experience focused in retail, food service, and home décor. As a consultant, she has managed, led or contributed significantly to initiatives focused on business transformation, organizational design, change management, store operational improvements, business case development, enterprise and store-level retail package selection, knowledge management, and legacy application assessments. Tricia has also authored, edited, designed, and contributed to a variety of published articles, thought leadership pieces, and marketing collateral, as well as company and personal blogs. Tricia leads Parker Avery’s JEDI goodwill initiative and volunteers locally to help disadvantaged children. She holds a BBA from the College of William & Mary and an MBA from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond. Tricia and her family live on Saint Helena Island, South Carolina, where she enjoys distance running, golf, pickleball, interior design, and building anything that involves power tools.
