Both on the field and in client situations, Lee’s ability to coach teams through different obstacles is a key strength he leverages in solving merchandising challenges.
Lee leverages over 20 years of experience in the retail industry to advise retailers, focusing in the areas of supply chain and merchandising. His key roles in retail enable Lee to effectively lead teams in merchandise planning, inventory management, replenishment, space and assortment planning, as well as international supply chain strategy and logistics. He specializes in helping clients manage and execute software selection and implementation, process design, and change management activities across the retail planning and supply chain landscape. Lee holds a BS degree from the Miami University–Farmer School of Business and an MBA from The Ohio State University–Fisher College of Business. He also served on the board of directors for the New Albany Little League, is a member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP), and is an OSU MBA Alumni Mentor. Lee grew up in in the Philadelphia suburb of Exton, Pennsylvania and now calls New Albany, Ohio his home. When he’s not buried under hundreds of merchandising business requirements, Lee enjoys spending time with his family and two golden retrievers, coaching baseball, cycling, running, and trying to tick off a few items on his family’s endless home improvement list.
